• So we can keep you up to date with our business

• A relevant professional directory (such as IAPS, ISC, HMC, GSA)

We use this information for the following reasons:

• So we can keep you up to date with our business

• So we can email you relevant information

We do not share this information with any third parties. We only use information you have provided to us or which is freely available in the public domain.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

• Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting timhortoneducation@gmail.com

• We have a legitimate interest.

 

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep business names, individual names and email addresses for a period of seven years. We will then dispose of your information by securely deleting the records, or, if appropriate, renewing the information using the process described above.

 

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

• Your right of access (you have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information)

• Your right to rectification (you have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to compete information you think is incomplete)

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
